1. Price

Prices are stated in SEK. This webshop is often updated, ensuring that prices and information remain current. PIPOL’S BAZAAR reserves for any failures caused by technical errors.

 

2. Order

Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail with information about your order to the e-mail address you entered. We recommend that you save the order confirmation in case you need to contact our customer service. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address is given in the order. Your order will be expedited within 2-5 working days. If any products on your order is sold out, we reserve the right to notify you. All deliveries within Sweden are made by DHL and you will receive a notification when the package is on its way to you. In the notification you will find all relevant information about the delivery and a tracking number which enables you to track the package all the way to your nearest collection point. We charge 250 SEK for unclaimed parcels.

 

3. Freight

All shipments are sent via DHL. Freight is free within Sweden for orders over 400 SEK. Under that amount it'll cost 39 SEK. We ship worldwide. For international shipping costs, please contact us at shop@pipolsbazaar.com for more information regarding your country.

 

4. International Orders

For international orders any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Thus, Import duties, taxes and charges are your responsibility and not included in the item price or shipping charges. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for your customs/import charges.

 

5. Payment

We offer payments to be made either by invoice via Klarna, Paypal or by Credit Card. Invoice via Klarna (Sweden) is billed to individuals and businesses with 14 days credit. Individuals can also choose to split their payment in 3-24 months. For late payments, late payment fee by the amount allowed by law, currently 50 SEK and interest + applicable reference rate. For questions regarding reminder fees / interest rates, please contact Klarna directly.

 

PayPal

PayPal is a virtual wallet, a convenient and easy way to shop online. To use PayPal as a payment method in the webshop, you must first open a PayPal account at PayPal. PIPOL’S BAZAAR does not charge any cost for you to pay with your PayPal account.

 

Credit Card

Payments can be made by VISA, MasterCard and American Express. The transaction is encrypted, wich means that your card data is not showed/stored anywhere.

 

6. Transport Damage

All products from PIPOL'S BAZAAR are insured against theft and damage while the package is in transit between PIPOL'S BAZAAR and your shipping address. It is therefore important that you promptly report any damage or lost goods to us at: shop@pipolsbazaar.com if the package is damaged or fractured, please immediately notify the carrier. Once you have signed for/received your package it will not be covered by our insurance.
